Pete Askew made Honorary Canon

On Sunday 4th February 2018 in Newcastle Cathedral, Pete Askew was made an Honorary Canon in recognition of his service to the church through his work with the Northumbria Community. It was a particular delight to discover that he was installed into the stall of St Oswald!  

Easter Resource for 2017

  The Community Easter 2017 resource, entitled In the Power of the Spirit provides a range of activities for exploring the Aidan Liturgy. This was created for us by Anita Haigh and, although it was used by many of our Friends and Companions at Easter, it can also be used for reflection at any time of the year.
