Throughout this coming year we are featuring a book as recommended by one of our many Community Groups. This month’s book, ‘Holy Habits’ by Andrew Roberts, has been suggested by a member of the Bradford Group, who says;

“An excellent book on how to respond to the call to Christian discipleship.  Andrew explores the ten habits in Luke’s model of church in Acts 2:42-47.  The book identifies these habits and encourages the development of a way of life formed by them. The life-giving transforming role of the habits seen in Acts 2 are re-imagined for personal and community life today.  Andrew uses his experience and real-life stories to illustrate how the habits are every day, ordinary, and do-able.”

A thought provoking book for any time of the year, but perhaps even more so as we approach the period of Lent. To view or purchase Holy Habits do visit the Community Bookshop.
