A led retreat that draws on the wisdom of Celtic Spirituality to help us learn to see the simplest of daily tasks as a sacrament. We will explore aspects of contemplative life and prayer and how these can be expressed in everyday ordinariness.
06-08 Fri—Sun NOVICES RETREAT £90
This retreat gives those who are Novices of the Northumbria Community a chance to come together and share with one another and with the Companions at Nether Springs the joys, struggles and learnings on the journey toward Companionship.

16-19 Mon-Thur SEEKING GOD AT THE CROSSROADS: An Individually Guided Retreat £165
‘This is what the LORD says, "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”’ ~Jeremiah 6:16
A chance to reflect on life-transitions with someone who will listen with you to God’s work at the crossroads. You may also, of course, choose to explore other themes with your retreat guide.
20-22 Fri—Sun BE STILL AND KNOW £100
An opportunity to seek God through quiet personal reflection around the rhythm of the day, giving time and space for stillness with self and God. This retreat does not include daily input, but an introductory session and access to resources for personal use are provided.
23-26 Mon—Thur STORYTELLING WORKSHOP £165
One of the things the Northumbria Community loves to do is tell stories. Come and join with some of our more experienced storytellers to grow in your own skills of weaving a tale. All levels of experience/confidence are welcome.

God’s design for us is to find wholeness, freedom, and purpose. Using tools gleaned from Christian Life-Coaches, we’ll explore ways Christ seeks to transform us into the people we’re created to be and the role of emotions in bringing our hearts home to God.
